In cooperation with our colleagues from the Berlin law firm ONTO partners, affiliated with the Libralex network, we recently closed a transaction involving the acquisition by the German company Infomotion of a majority stake in DAC.Services Spółka z o.o. in Gdańsk. Infomotion is one of the leading companies on the European market in the field of data processing.
The transaction was not standard. First, DAC Digital (the parent company) was split up and part of its IT business, which our German client was interested in acquiring, was spun off. The second stage involved the sale of shares in the newly created company. The entire process was preceded by due diligence.
