In cooperation with our colleagues from the Berlin law firm ONTO partners, affiliated with the Libralex network, we recently closed a transaction involving the acquisition by the German company Infomotion of a majority stake in DAC.Services Spółka z o.o. in Gdańsk. Infomotion is one of the leading companies on the European market in the field of data processing. 

The purpose of the issue was to refinance the Company's credit liabilities.

We are supporting our client Węglokoks Kraj S.A. in developing a "white transformation” model for the Bobrek Mine in Bytom. The project is to involve a shift away from hard coal mining and its replacement with new forms of activity utilising the mine's assets that are not related to coal mining or processing. 

Centrum Zielonej Energii Subregion Zachodni Spółka z o.o. As a result of the merger, the former took over the assets of the latter company, while changing its existing name (company) to Centrum Zielonej Energii.

We recently completed our advisory services in relation to the process of splitting ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions Poland sp. z o.o. by spinning off an organized part of the enterprise from its structure and establishing a new company - ArcelorMittal SSC Poland sp. z o.o.

Recently, we supported architects Alicja Kubicka and Borja Martinez from the interplay architects architectural studio in negotiating a contract for the conceptual design of the Poland Pavilion at the EXPO 2025 World Exhibition in Osaka.

GFKK is part of the international law firm network Libralex. Three times a year, member conferences are organized within this network. The next international Libralex conference will take place on June 9 and 10, 2023. The venue of the summer meeting will be Amsterdam, hosted by the Dutch Libralex member law firm Bergh Stoop & Sanders.

Sylwia Kowalska and Agata Piotrowska, who cooperate with GFKK on a daily basis, co-wrote the Libralex ADR Guide 3rd Edition, which has just been published IPOS Mediation Laytons ETL in the context of the Art Law Conference in London, organized by Libralex E.E.I.G.

Agata Piotrowska, Marek Widera and Michał Grzybczyk assisted the German company IAV GmbH In  with its registered office in Berlin - a part of the international group IAV - in entering the Polish market. 

Over 30 lawyers from 18 countries met in Katowice/Poland for a half year LIBRALEX conference.
