Consulting services for the design of the Centrum Technologii Medycznych Health Tech Synergy Hub building

We had the opportunity to once again support Alicja Kubicka and Borja Martínez Gómez, co-owners of Interplay Architects, authors of the design for the Polish pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka, in their next venture.

This time, Interplay, as part of a consortium with the Spanish studio VAILLO+IRIGARAY ARCHITECTS, won an architectural competition organized by SARP and the Wrocław University of Science and Technology to develop the architectural concept for the Health Tech Synergy Hub Medical Technology Center building. The next stage was negotiations with the University of Technology, aimed at concluding a contract for the development of complete design documentation for this facility and performing the function of author's supervision. The modern building will be located on the campus of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology at Wybrzeże Wyspiańskiego. The estimated value of the entire investment is approximately PLN 260,000,000 net.

On the client's side, the project involved, among others, Alicja Kubicka, Borja Martinez, Antonio Vaillo, Yago Vaillo, and representatives of the Wrocław University of Technology.

The GFKK team consisted of Michał Grzybczyk, Agata Piotrowska, LL.M, and Weronika Grzybczyk. The scope of our work included, among others, negotiations of the contract with the contracting authority, preparation of subcontractor agreement templates and a consortium agreement.
