GFKK IN THE PROCESS OF SELECTION OF THE CENTRAL COMMUNICATIONS PORT INTEGRATOR.

The customer of GFKK - one of the world's leading engineering companies - has won, also thanks to the involvement of the GFKK team, an appeal proceeding before the National Appeal Chamber (Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza, KIO) in the tender procedure for the "Provision of business and technical services for the Integrated Program Management (Integrator) for Centralny Port Komunikacyjny sp. z o.o.", which is why their offer remained the most advantageous one.
 
Judgment issued by the NAC on 16 June 2021 enabled CPK to enter into an agreement with our customer.

Agata Piotrowska-Piątek acted as a plenipotentiary in the appeal proceedings. Another member of the CPK Integrator selection comittee was Marek Widera.
