GFKK PROVIDED ADVISORY SERVICES TO THE 3S S.A

GFKK provided advisory services to the 3S S.A. company during the sale of the block of 66.5 shares of the SGT S.A. company including a block of shares belonging to 3S S.A. and other minority shareholders. The purchaser of the above-mentioned block of shares is Vectra S.A. with its registered office in Gdynia. The transaction was closed at the end of July 2018. 
 
SGT S.A. is an operator of cable television Jambox. The IPTV television offered by the company reached over 55,000 subscribers. Vectra S.A. is the second largest cable operator in Poland in terms of the number of subscribers. It currently supports over 970,000 customers in 398 locations across the country.
 
GFKK supported the Management Board of 3S S.A. at the stage of preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, in particular in relation to the share sales agreement. The representative of the office conducting the transaction was Michał Grzybczyk.
