We help our clients in proceedings related to dispute resolution. Our assistance includes advice and representation during trials before common courts and the Supreme Court, and in proceedings before administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court.
We also advise our clients during arbitration proceedings before domestic and foreign arbitration tribunals, including in proceedings conducted according to the ICC and UNCITRAL Rules.
We support our clients in reaching out-of-court settlements and mediations. We also represent them in in proceedings under alternative dispute resolution (ADR). We have significant experience of resolving investment and construction project disputes through court or out-of-court settlements.

- MICHELIN POLSKA SP. Z O.O. – advising in a dispute with the general contractor for warehouses at the Michelin plant in Olsztyn, finalized with the conclusion of a settlement agreement
